Professional coaching for leaders, executives, and high-performing professionals.
I offer employer-sponsored coaching in a few formats. Some clients prefer full packages with sponsor alignment and written debriefs; others prefer a leaner approach. We can tailor the structure to suit your needs, but I do bill separately for discovery and reporting if those are included. These sessions go beyond individual coaching, they provide organizations with strategic insight and alignment, while maintaining confidentiality and trust with the coaching client.

Coaching Options & Investment
Sessions are 50 minutes each, and structured around your goals. I provide confidential, results-focused coaching to help clients:

Pricing is adapted to your location and preferred currency.
Coaching Packages & Pricing
(Minimum hourly rate for packages is $300 USD; single sessions $350 USD)
5% GST will be applied.
About the Emotional Capital Report (ECR)
The ECR is a validated emotional intelligence assessment designed for professionals and leaders. It provides a detailed report on your EQ strengths and areas for growth,
paired with a structured debrief to integrate the findings into your leadership practice.

Session Expiry Terms
- 4-session packages must be used within 4 months
- 6-session packages must be used within 6 months
- Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing all coaching sessions within the agreed expiry terms. Sessions not completed within this period will expire and cannot be refunded or reimbursed.
- Any session not cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate and will be counted as a used session within the coaching package.
- Optimal outcomes in coaching occur with regular and consistent contact. Sessions held every 2 weeks is the ideal.
Support Between Sessions
Each coaching package includes the option of one brief support touchpoint per week—either:
- A single email response (within 1–2 business days), or
- A brief 15-minute call (scheduled in advance)
This is designed to help clients stay on track, ask clarifying questions, or check in briefly between sessions.
Additional emails or calls beyond this will be billed at a prorated hourly rate.
Corporate Coaching Engagements
Employer-sponsored coaching often includes sponsor involvement and additional alignment work. This can be delivered as a package or billed item by item. These engagements are perfect for executive or leadership coaching where progress transparency and organizational alignment
Corporate Coaching Package (All Inclusive) Includes:
5% GST will be applied.
- Pre-coaching intake with sponsor (30–45 min)
- 3-way goal alignment meeting (1 hr)
- 6 x 1-hour coaching sessions with client
- Optional midpoint sponsor update (30 min)
- End-of-engagement Report and debrief (2.5 hrs)
- Optional Emotional Capital Report (ECR) assessment and debrief (2.5 hrs)*
